Ben Line – Indonesia – Join our Freight Solutions team! We are looking for Customer Service candidates

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver fast and excellent solutions to customer
• Maintain relationship, resolve issue with carriers and customers
• Selecting export and import services, and provide best solutions
• Prepare and check documents and report export and import activities to customers
• Expediting correction or adjustment, good decision making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from management transportations or related field
• Familiar with forwarding, export and import process, operational system and custom manifest (CEISA 4.0)
• Multitask, good communication, and analytical thinking
• Fluency in English, fast adaption, and eager to learn
• 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, logistics operation
