At Ben Line, we believe that speaking up is an act of integrity — and one of the most important ways we protect our people, our partners, and our values.

If you observe or suspect any conduct by Ben Line employees or business partners that may not align with our standards, we encourage you to report it. All concerns raised in good faith are taken seriously, and retaliation of any kind will not be tolerated, regardless of the outcome.

Ben Line conducts its business with integrity. We are committed to the values and standards in our Code of Conduct — and to the culture of trust and accountability that makes them real. We have zero tolerance for misconduct, and equal zero tolerance for retaliation against anyone who speaks up in good faith
You may use the form below or email speakup@benline.com to submit a report, either anonymously or with your contact details. All reports are handled confidentially by our Ethics, Legal & Compliance team. Where contact details are provided, we will acknowledge receipt within one working day.

We recognize the importance of being able to make reports anonymously. Please note however that in cases where we receive anynoymous reports, our compliance team will be unable to acknowledge receipt of the report or provide any form of update where an investigation in conducted
