Working in the North Asia Regional HR team. The HR Manager acts as a facilitator and enabler to provide partnership and operational human resource advice to the teams based in South Korea, in reinforcing positive development of company culture, driving organizational development, and supporting best HR practices to implement in South Korea, that aligned to the Group policy.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the Ben Line South Korea Business to deliver Ben Line people strategy and enable key business priorities.

• Work with the Group HR, Global HR COEs, and Group HR BPs to deliver strategic HR priorities.

• Providing input and opportunities where relevant to shape future initiatives or improve the employee experience.

• Drive organizational transformation, talent development, and culture change initiatives that support Ben Line's growth and strategic goals in South Korea.

• Responsible for communicating and coordinating with employees, implementing the company's regulations, and handling labor disputes.
