Employee Spotlight | Meet Jackson Koksasih  

For 11 years, Jackson has been part of the Ben Line journey and in that time, he has worn many hats, taken on new responsibilities, and built deep experience across Integrated Logistics.  

Based in Indonesia as our Regional GM for Integrated Logistics, Jackson Koksasih looks back on these 11 years with gratitude for something truly meaningful: Trust.  

As he puts it, there were moments where mistakes happened — as they do for anyone growing in their career. But instead of stepping in and taking over, the management team gave him something far more valuable: the space to take ownership, learn from the experience, and drive the solution himself, with support and guidance always within reach.  

That trust, he says, is what shaped him. It’s what helped him grow. And it’s what continues to strengthen the way he leads today.
