Join Ben Line’s Technology team as Data Governance & MDM Lead based in Jakarta,Indonesia.

If you’re passionate about building trusted data foundations, leading MDM initiatives, and driving data quality for large-scale ERP & digital transformation projects — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibility:  

• Build and implement data governance frameworks
• Establish data stewardship, ownership, and custodianship standards
• Manage master data domains and golden records across systems
• Collaborate with business and technical teams  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Data Governance / MDM / Data Quality / Data Management
• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, and DCAM frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Azure, ETL/ELT, Python, SQL, MDM & Data Quality Tools
