If you are aware of any occurrence involving Ben Line personnel (or our appointed vendors) that may have been contrary to our high standards, we would like to hear from you. The form below can be used to file a report, either anonymously or otherwise. We will endeavour to respond to any complaint or inquiry within one working day.

Incident Report

We recognize the importance of being able to make reports anonymously. Please note however that in cases where we receive anynoymous reports, our compliance team will be unable to acknowledge receipt of the report or provide any form of update where an investigation in conducted
