As part of Ben Line’s 200th anniversary celebrations, eight of our product and function heads successfully completed the Ben Climb, reaching Khardung La Pass, Ladakh – one of the highest motorable passes in the world, standing at 5,481 metres (17,982 feet).
The team consist of Hemalatha Suvarns (Freight Solutions), Gautam Krishnamurthy (Finance), Cdr. Ashutosh Shukla and Subodh Verma (Integrated Logistics), Cyrus Mahernosh (Liner), Deva Kumar (IT), Nandha Gopal (HSEQ) and Rohit Gaonkar (Tanks & Chemical Logistics) – arrived in Leh on 28 September and spent two days acclimatising to the high altitude before the climb. With temperatures below freezing and oxygen levels significantly reduced, every step demanded focus, teamwork and resilience.
Marking not only a physical achievement but also a tribute to our 200-year journey of endurance, cooperation and determination.
Together, we continue to reach new heights and honouring our past while looking towards the future.
