Every Rep Counts: Ben Line Takes on the Challenge

 

 

The Ben Line team is proud to be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge 2025, a nationwide initiative supporting mental health awareness and fundraising.

 

From 4th to 26th June, our team of 47 members will be completing 3,214 push-ups over 23 days. The number isn’t random—it represents the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2023.

 

The challenge is flexible, and participants can swap push-ups for squats, sit-ups, or similar activities depending on their ability. Each day brings a new target, helping us stay active and Fit for the Future while starting important conversations about mental health.
