Meet Nam Nguyen, Head of IT Service Management, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  

Nam's connection with Ben Line stretches back to 1997, and after officially joining in 2019, he has spent seven years building the technology platforms that keep the Group running. He is a passionate advocate for Ben Line's five core values and believes the company's ethical, people-first culture is its greatest strength.  

To Nam, great service is about understanding what people and the business truly need. It means building reliable and scalable platforms and always finding a way forward.
