Ben Line’s Guangxi team delivers integrated shipping agency and logistics solutions across one of South China’s fastest-growing trade hubs.
Office Spotlight: Guangxi, China
Ben Line offers comprehensive agency and logistics services in Guangxi Province, an increasingly strategic hub for trade and multimodal logistics in South China.
With a provincial population of approximately 50 million people, Guangxi Province offers significant scale as a geographic and economic gateway from China into Southeast Asia.
The ports of Fangcheng, Qinzhou and Beihai have achieved an average annual throughput growth exceeding 13% over the past five years. The Beibu Gulf Port Group is China’s first automated sea-rail container terminal in Qinzhou. The ports handle in excess of 10million containers annually. Fangcheng port is a large deep-water bulk cargo hub port – the largest import port for iron ore and coal in Southern China. It also processes roughly 8-9% of all soybeans imported by China.
This sustained development is primarily driven by enhanced sea-rail intermodal links, connecting these ports directly to major cities in Western China, including Chongqing and Chengdu and increasing sea connection services to South East Asia. The upcoming completion of the Pinglu Canal is anticipated to further increase cargo volumes and expand inland waterway capacity through Guangxi's ports.
