Turning HR Data into Action: Darwinbox People Analytics Workshop at Ben Line  

Great to welcome Madhulika Chilakapati from Darwinbox to our KL office last week for a hands-on workshop on Reports & People Analytics with our People team.   

Since adopting Darwinbox last year, we've been steadily building out how we use HR data at Ben Line and sessions like this help our team get closer to the real-world scenarios that matter:  workforce planning, hiring timelines, attrition, location & role analysis and others.

Looking forward to translating these learnings into stronger, more data-driven people decisions across the group.
