 We’re Hiring: Director, Agri-Bulk Cargo Development

Ben Line is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive agri-bulk and grain vessel nominations across the North American West Coast. This senior role focuses on building strong relationships with exporters and terminals while supporting the growth of our marine agency services.

Key Responsibility:

·        Own and drive shipper-controlled agri-bulk nominations for Ben Line across the West Coast.

·        Build and maintain direct senior relationships with grain exporters, terminals and program desks to secure early access to nomination decisions.

Requirements:

·        Clear understanding of nomination processes, export cycles and how vessel programs are awarded and retained.

·        Solid commercial experience in grain or agri-bulk export programs, terminal operations or closely related environments.

Eligibility:

·        Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada  or the United States, no temporary visas.
