We're Hiring: L2 Application Support Analyst (Liner) | Singapore / Kuala Lumpur

We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Application Support Analyst to manage our Liner product ecosystem. If you thrive on deep technical troubleshooting, diagnosing system defects, and optimising complex data workflows, this is the role for you.

Location: Singapore / Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident Ownership: Manage L2 support for LinerX across all live sites—triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents within SLA.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose issues to separate user errors, configuration, and master data problems from actual system defects.
  • EDI Management: Monitor and troubleshoot EDI flows (COPARN, CODECO, COARRI, etc.) with principals, terminals, and customs.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the day-to-day liaison with third-party vendors to prioritize, log, and chase tickets to closure.
  • Support & Scale: Serve as the escalation point for regional L1 teams and define BAU entry criteria for new live branches.
  • Data & Knowledge: Maintain master data, manage report templates (ActiveReportsJS), and build out the internal knowledge base.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ years in application support, with 3+ years specifically at the L2 level covering system functions and EDI.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on EDIFACT/X12 experience (reading messages/mappings) and working knowledge of SQL for data investigation.
  • Industry Background: Direct experience in the shipping or logistics industry, particularly with liner agency or carrier systems.
  • Tools & Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Language Proficiency: Spoken Mandarin is required to effectively collaborate with regional stakeholders and principals.
  • Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Maritime/Shipping Management, or equivalent practical experience.
