Key responsibilities:

• Delivering budgeted Freight Solutions revenue and gross profit.
• Prospecting and New Business Strategy
• Account Management; develop, maintain and grow existing relationships with principals/business partners in line with agreed SLAs/KPIs per customer needs and enhance customer experience and retention.
• Tender Management
• Credit Management
• Business Optimisation Solutions

 

 

Requirements:

• Understand budgeting, customer P/Ls, performance reporting, and credit processes.
• Strong discovery, presentation, and communication skills
• Need to be resourceful, proactive and positive
• Familiar with Supply Chain and Freight Forwarding management principles and practices.
• Experience in Intra-Asia and Transpacific markets
• 2- 5 years’ Senior Sales Executive experience
