Meet Nurshaqira Fini Amiera Ranjit, Group People Solutions Partner, based in Kuala Lumpur, almost 2 years into her Ben Line journey.

Fini brings together two Ben Line values: Connected and Enterprising. She works closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and the business, and takes an enterprising approach to maximising the systems we already have, improving efficiency and reducing costs along the way.

Her ambition is to keep expanding her strategic influence, lead transformation initiatives, and help shape the Group's people strategy as Ben Line grows.
