Tam Nguyen Minh shares how Ben Line Vietnam's people-first culture and commitment to service excellence continue to shape her journey.

Meet Tam Nguyen Minh, CS and Docs Team Leader at CoE Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh City.  

Tam's journey with Ben Line is one of connection and homecoming. She was first with the company from 2002 to 2006, and after nearly 20 years, she returned in October 2025 to help establish the CoE team in Vietnam. What brought her back was the culture. A workplace where people are genuinely kind, supportive, and connected, and where leaders and teams truly care for one another.  

To Tam, great service is built on trust, ownership, and consistency. It means being reliable under pressure, understanding the bigger picture, and always striving to deliver real value to principals and partners.
